In anniversary celebrations, meetings with friends or simply a special date for us, it is important to have a recipe to celebrate . You can try the 'Drunk Chicken' , it is delicious and nutritious.
In a saucepan, heat half the oil and add two of the garlic cloves, add the chorizo, the ham, the chicken, and fry it.
Later add the ground tomato and parsley. When the tomato acquires a darker tone, add the red wine.
When it boils, add the carrots, potatoes, spices, raisins and almonds.
Season with salt, cover and leave on the heat; until chicken and vegetables are cooked through and sauce has thickened.
While the stew is cooking, prepare the rice in the conventional way, with the rest of the oil, onion, garlic and peas.
Serve hot and accompany with a portion of rice.
